Core Business II

Development and Implementation of Social Real Estate - External Expansion Department

New demand of project creation and implementation of social realty is our second core business. This should not be confused with mere project development.

In the last three years we have successfully projected, built and implemented residential care facilities, and put them on a solid economical base. For example, this was done at the facilities in Goslar, Braunschweig and Lindhorst, which were subsequently sold.

In the fast growing market and increasing concentration of large operators, we see a potential need to act as an ‘external expansion department’.

The large private and non-profit operating companies do not have the necessary resources ‘to grow’ with the fast market because of their size and structure. We see potential to put more effort into this area by creating an environment of cooperation with larger funding bodies – a classical ‘win-win-situation’.

Interim Management and Expertise

A midsize company in Hannover – two care facilities, assisted living and an outpatient skilled nursing service – was managed from 2006-2008 by us, using an interim management assignment. We were asked by one of the leading banks in Hannover if we could take on the interim management until the continuation of operations could be secured. This was successful and we were able to finish our assignment with prosperity and as planned.

Analysis of the location, project evaluation on behalf of financing institutions, plus efficient reorganization and assessment of existing enterprises in the area of senior care services, are among our corporate business.

Our business operating area clearly lies in the prior mentioned core (business, funding body (organizing institution) for residential geriatric care and assisted living facilities and other social real estate and function as an ‘external expansion department’ for large operating companies)This is where we will put our focus.
