Funding body (organizing institution) for Residential Geriatric Care and Assisted Living Facilities

Presently our locations are limited to the state of Niedersachsen in Germany. Here we are represented in the Schaumburg, Helmstedt, Hannover area and until recently also in Braunschweig. Braunschweig-Stöckheim, a residential geriatric care facility with accommodations for 116 residents was, after a 14 month construction period and following market launch, transferred respectively and sold to one of the biggest German recognized private care providers - the CURANUM AG.

There are two core aspects to our expansion plans: We will (1) continue to establish, in conjunction with our real estate and operating companies, further facilities or (2) take over as an organizing institution. In the future, we will expand beyond the state of Niedersachsen.

Quite recently we developed two new projects: (1) a residential geriatric care facility in Helmstedt. This houses 116 residents; (2) a multi-level retirement community with approximately 65 apartments in Hannover-List, which is designed according to the requirements of the elderly persons to provide a comfortable and secure environment. Here we will also establish our main administration.

Simultaneously in the spring of 2011, we will begin two new construction projects of residential care facilities, with accommodations for 82 - 90 residents in the greater Hannover area.At present we are assessing another project, as well as in the Hannover area.

With at least two new developments planned annually, consistent growth is intended. As can be seen in existing and ongoing new development plans we prefer a creation of so-called ‘clusters’. This means that there will be up to 3 facilities in a 50 km range. We are convinced that the result of this will be a considerable advantage in the project planning and controlling, acquisition of employees and customers and further synergetic effects in the day-to-day operation.
